## What is REAL Remote?

「REAL Remote」は、iPhone,iPod touch,iPad,iPad miniからテレビのリモコン操作、Hybridcast*1(ハイブリッドキャスト)サービスの利用ができるアプリです。ワイヤレスネットワーク(Wi-Fi)があれば、家中どこからでも使うことができます。

- 画面上のボタンをタップすることで、製品付属のリモコンと同じように使えます。
- 製品付属のリモコンには無いボタンで簡単に操作することが出来ます。
- 基本操作、上下左右キー操作、チャンネル操作、レコーダ操作、付加機能操作の5つの画面があり、上下スクロールで切り替えます。
- 1台のテレビに対して最大10台の携帯端末(iPhone,iPod touch,iPad,iPad mini)を接続可能です。
- 「設定」画面で、操作するテレビの切り換え(最大10台)、操作時の操作音やバイブレーションのON/OFF等の設定が可能です。

すごく便利で愛用していたのですが、3、4ヶ月ほど前から急に使えなくなりました。
テレビが見つかりません、となったままです。
テレビ、リモコン、ネットへの接続、全てやり直してみましたがダメでした。
テレビに附属のリモコンより使用頻度か高かったため、非常に残念です。

それとiPhoneとテレビを買い換えてから電源ボタンが効かなくなりました。
日本製の信頼性が揺らいでいます。三菱さんは最後の砦だと思っています。早期対応をお願いします。
