Declined to renew my subscription 2 months ahead of renewal and then lost all access to issues despite them being part of my subscription. Contacted CS and no reply. Literally not even a password reset button. I’ve had this subscription for many years and loved looking through old issues but since getting a new phone after my last one was stolen, I’ve completely lost the ability to log in, so have no access to my many years worth of issues. This is the worst app developer. It is beyond frustrating to say the least. I don’t know how Martha Stewart can actually support this magazine and not hear the voices of the people that have paid subscriptions. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO OPEN ANY NEW ISSUES FOR MONTHS. I’m getting no technical help at all … when I requested refund thru Apple I was denied for reason unknown. It’s bad enough I lost all the issues of Martha Stewart’s magazine that I had for years.
