It is very inconvenient, i uploaded the contract into real time agent the day before, but next morning at 12pm I still couldn’t see the contract is available to use. I have to call and they tell me to wait for another 1-2 hrs to upload it for me, I need to create an offer asap, such a slow response….

From the word go we will promised that real time agent would do everything we need and more right up until the point. We signed the dotted line and after that it was all downhill. Literally have nothing good to say about this platform or the people involved in delivering.

Even the Staff called to apologise making additional promises things would be better and we would be months free only to be invoice shortly. After now they won’t even respond to my emails

Used to be a good app but too many system glitches now, latest one is with agency agreement even though you select the term of 90 days, the end date always misses the year.

Works well on my iPad but I can’t use it anymore on my phone which is annoying if you need to make an on the run adjustment and you don’t have your iPad with you

Would really love an alternative to iPad so support can use or when iPad isn’t available. Being able to use on iPhone would be far more handy

Handy app in most parts, however I find it very inconvenient not having the ability to sign up authorities via mobile app or website. 
So in the case my iPad dies, Or don’t have it handy, i have no alternative digital option to sign up clients. 
Can you please please PLEASE make another option to sign up authority via phone app or webpage?!
