## What is Real Transformation?

Real Transformation allows you to record workouts and metrics, take photos of your food and selfies of your body Also allows you to use the HealthKit API to bring in workouts and metrics from Apple Health along with any other health data. Upload these to view a chronological timeline of your health, outcomes, and goals.
