There are now so many apartments and townhouses being listed as ‘houses’ which is really frustrating. Obviously it’s just to get their properties more seen. There needs to be better monitoring on this. Additionally, the direction of the app is bad. Buying a house is harder with the current app as they prioritize useless AI conversations and irrelevant videos rather than the simple things. Make retirement homes and share houses go away when searching or a separate search we obviously don’t want that. Why cannot you see the total floor area of an apartment / townhome? It’s 2026, crazy this isn’t available. It would be one field for the agent to enter. If i want to share a collection with my wife , i have to give her my account, can’t believe there is no way to share in 2026 since most people transaction as couples. The video thing makes no sense. Also they could make realestate a more trustworthy experience by moving the needle forward on requiring a price on each listing but instead they don’t. The #1 question “what is this property worth” is not answered unless you go do your research elsewhere. And will be going to the Consumer Affairs about this site and app! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — "Suggested" missing! *2026-07-21* Ok one more issue for the most frequently updated app on the planet to the latest ios liquid glass design. Can anyone tell me where the "suggested for you" properties may be hiding on the front page? We have my searches, recently viewed, videos that are already running that are competing for attention. There is news, there are guides but not the properties suggested for you. Nowhere to be seen. And is there some way to stop showing me the homes I already have starred and the properties already viewed but not interested in, orobably they are rented or require too much work. Hope this this can be fixed One star for the bright spark not, that decided in the last update to move the placement of my collections list. Press on collections and instead of the large squares on my ipad listing vertically, I now find these tiny thumbnail pictures running horizontally across the top of the page, followed by heaps of other stuff. I like and want the clearer outlay of previous versions, not this jumbled mess. You are not helping your users by constantly changing the app features. **Developer response:** Thanks for your review. The first 10 listings today had no address and no certificate. One had pictures from another country. None of this is allowed in Victoria but you let them do it. You’ve removed the option to flag it or report it. WHY ### 1/5 — Easy to lose saved searches, No option to report a listing *2026-07-15* It looks like using the saved searches toggle next to search removes all of your saved searches?? Unfortunately you don't find this out until you arrive and can't cancel. For instance I asked for a non smoking one king bed and book that but yet can only get a double queen or double bed room only. Or you order your room the way you think it should be and for some reason their system tells the hotel that you want an accessible room for someone, Got lots of problem when it comes to what you want and what the system tells the hotel you asked for. Instead of you using this this app when you wanna book for an apartment I'll advise you to reach out to frank on his gmail at " Frankrealestate247@ gmail com" he gives the best apartment! Make sure you're getting what you asked for and always make sure that you have a way to cancel your reservation my latest experience with this app has proven to be very extremely disappointing.
