End of life on the previous version is coming up and the app isn’t ready! Can’t print via Bluetooth because there is no options tab to shut off AirPrint for the Brother thermal printer. Requested help and was given a ‘copy/paste’ from the web to shut off AirPrint (you can’t!!!). Been using Real Green for over 20 years and this is the absolute worst!

First point:
It is not a finished product. If you rely on invoices or emailing them you will be UNABLE to as of version 2.14.8. Unable to download as a PDF, nor able to get the invoice as a link

Second point:
The old app (MOBILE LIVE) is going to be removed from the App Store and entirely unsupported at the end of JULY* 2026.

Third point:
The customers are the ones beta testing. Why?

Overall, it is costing more to push this app out as fast as they are than to leave MOBILE LIVE up for another year.
Why is this the only route?
If reviewed by app developer/RG, please explain in full why the full removal of MOBILE LIVE cannot be delayed.
Is it due to possible OS changes? App cost?? Maintenance????

You have to uninstall and reinstall the app. There is no clear cache function. The strangest issues possible tend to creep up because of this.

You have to uninstall and reinstall after every update. See the cache issue.

You can use it on a phone. Major improvement.

Sometimes issues with app become ‘deep-seated’, and multiple restarts/reinstalls are required.

After the last update the app has been continuously working with very little issues. I’d like for the call log function to pop up alerts for you that cover the production screen like ML did.

This app is so bad, barely works, deletes production, notes, & pictures, makes you re do everything just to delete again, consistently stuck on a loading screen.

The app is constantly crashing and glitching. They also deleted the ability to email a customer’s invoice because they’re trying to force you to be on AMA. If your products are good enough, people should want to use them. You shouldn’t force them to use them by deleting necessary features just to push them toward buying more from your company. The way RealGreen has turned to a money first model has really brought down our satisfaction in the software. We already pay a ton of money for the features that we have they shouldn’t throttle them to make you pay more. And the fact that we pay a monthly charge for mobile and can barely even use the app is ridiculous. If it wasn’t for having to relearn an entirely new software when we’ve spent a over a decade becoming familiar with this one, we would likely switch to a different software.
