Superb app! Daleen voice is so soothing ! The best part is that I can turn meditation on and go sleep and magic healing happens while I sleep. Also I have tried morning sunrise gratitude meditation and it is great way to start day! I would like recommend this app to all people who likes to meditate .

My sister recommended to download the app. I was skeptical, but i did! Realigna app is easy just pick the topic you want to work on and go sleep. I definitely have noticed the change- my mind is more clear and grounded, I have downsized my stress levels and have shifted my priorities. Great product!

I have worked with many meditation techniques, self healing tools and sleep therapy; reALIGNA is the breakthrough I needed. I've never slept more peacefully, and the healing energy carries me thru every day. reALIGNA is the connection our body , mind, and soul has been waiting for.
