Unfortunately there is no price indicated so I assume it’s way too expensive for a small remote clinic to access. ### 5/5 — The most dynamic readily available sim for EMS ed *2026-05-29, version 11.21.0* Our accredited paramedic program utilizes multiple monitor units coupled with 3B Scientific mannequins. You need to learn how to run them, and yeah you’ve gotta pay for the service, but once you’ve got it down it’s an absolute asset for initial paramedic education and ongoing agency training. Tech support has always been helpful and they’re obviously always working to improve their product. ### 3/5 — Great Sim software but only for enterprise *2026-05-06, version 11.21.0* Ive been writing up sims and while I was excited to download and test these on my MacBook connected to my iPad Pro before uploading them to the isumulate community or to our work iSimulate pro system, I get the impression you need a license to make this ecosystem work.
