Unfortunately there is no price indicated so I assume it’s way too expensive for a small remote clinic to access. ### 3/5 — Great Sim software but only for enterprise *2026-05-06, version 11.21.0* Ive been writing up sims and while I was excited to download and test these on my MacBook connected to my iPad Pro before uploading them to the isumulate community or to our work iSimulate pro system, I get the impression you need a license to make this ecosystem work. To the developer, is there a way that individuals like myself can connect the control and 2 monitors (one for patient monitor one for vent for example) to test scenarios, or use these to help with tutoring without spending a huge amount on linked iPads - seems a shame to be able to download such comprehensive software with out such an option. ### 2/5 — Asystole bug *2025-05-05, version 11.12.0* Can’t seem to get it to work past 5 minutes, vitals will deteriorate and eventually ECG goes into asystole with all readings nil. ### 2/5 — Everybody dies *2025-02-26, version 11.9.0* After about two minutes the heart rate drops, spo2 drops, pt dies. Sent numerous emails regarding the problems and keep getting told it will be fixed but it never does. Emailed and phoned and in the end the Device company said they *did not know what to do*. Nor do vital changes update ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — The most dynamic readily available sim for EMS ed *2026-05-29, version 11.21.0* Our accredited paramedic program utilizes multiple monitor units coupled with 3B Scientific mannequins. You need to learn how to run them, and yeah you’ve gotta pay for the service, but once you’ve got it down it’s an absolute asset for initial paramedic education and ongoing agency training. Tech support has always been helpful and they’re obviously always working to improve their product. ### 5/5 — Antwort auf "Eigentlich eine tolle App..." *2024-07-22, version 11.5.3* Hallo Dyn 89, ... es ist eine tolle App... Danke ! Offensichtlich verwenden Sie den Demo-Modus der REALITi 360 Software. Das Programm ist nach ca. einer Minute nicht mehr zu steuern und wird automatisch beendet. Erst mit Aktivierung einer kostenpflichtigen Lizenz ist REALITi 360 voll nutzbar. ### 5/5 — Fantastic *2021-09-19, version 10.3.1* Best simulation system for medical education training. Versatile and user friendly. ### 5/5 — Best *2021-07-11, version 10.3.1* Best medical simulation system available anywhere. We use it to give life to old broken manikins that were too costly to replace or repair. Even use a manual handling manikin with it. We have also been experimenting with an educator as a live patient which works so well. Saved us thousands of $$$ and give us much more in options.
