## What is Reality Check Gym?

Reality Check is a no-nonsense gym tracker for people who actually show up.

Build your program, log every set, and let the rest timer keep you honest. When rest ends, your coach calls you back to the bar.

TRACK EVERY LIFT
- Build workouts and multi-day programs
- Log sets, reps, weight, RPE, warmups, and drop sets
- Weight, bodyweight, time, and distance exercises

STAY ON PACE
- A rest timer that starts itself between sets
- A motivational coach at the end of each rest (mute it anytime)
- Plate math and one-rep-max calculators built in

SEE PROGRESS
- A history of every session
- Stats that show where you are actually improving

YOURS, EVERYWHERE
- Works fully offline. Your data lives on your phone.
- Optional backup and sync across devices with a single email. No password to forget.

No ads. No fluff. Just the work.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.1.2 — 2026-09-22

New in this update:

- A talking coach that counts your reps out loud. Turn it off or set the pace in Settings.
- Your workouts and history now stay safe when you use the app on two phones.
- Fixes for your workout split and for exercises that sometimes did not save.
- Automatic cloud backup: when you are signed in, the app backs up on its own when you open it and when you finish a workout.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-08-27

Fixes cloud sync between devices.

- A second device could quietly stop downloading your history while still reporting a successful sync. It now detects this and recovers on its own.
- Setting up the app on a new device no longer overwrites the split saved on your other devices.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-08-07

A big training update:

• Workout splits: build your week and watch progress dots fill in
• Supersets, goal targets, tags, and a personal record list
• Calendar view of your training history
• Better charts: scroll your full history, tap any point to edit or delete that workout
• Add or swap exercises mid-workout, or replace one for today only
• Exercise library with photos
• Workout-done card: see exactly where you beat last time
• Rest timer upgrades: floats over every screen, pause, add time
• Next-set suggestion: beat last time by one rep (optional, in Settings)
• Import your training history from a spreadsheet (CSV)
• Optional account: back up and sync workouts to the cloud
• Lots of fixes and polish
