I’ve been a happy customer for years. Recently on 6/16 the online portal isn’t accessible and under a “big upgrade.” I’ve been without cell service for 10’days. 

Customer support is lackadaisical and can take up to a day to respond to an email. I got a new phone(which had service with REALLY previously). Support is now saying my phone is not supported and basically told me I can’t use the service anymore. 

Now considering other private carriers with better customer support because REALLY’s support is terrible.

I wanted to find other cell services of similar quality and reliability as other big company offerings, but to also support a company that is more privacy-focused (I want to encourage more companies that collect less data on us, for security reasons). Additionally, their service is packaged with Aura digital security, which I already used for years. So you get more than just a cell services connection.

REALLY filled this requirement of mine, and while I had some configuration issues initially, the REALLY help team assisted me in every possible way, and are a US based support team.

I really recommend REALLY (pun intended)! At the very least give it a try, you may be surprised and impressed by their offerings, especially if you care about digital privacy and security.

Phone service that gives you free vpn (yes I get to watch World Cup qualifiers for free now) and also love that it blocks and reports spam callers and spam texters. Noticing a lot less now.

been using REALLY for a few weeks now and honestly, it’s such a relief. the app is super straightforward, no clutter, no gimmicks—just an easy way to manage your phone plan.

what i love most is the built-in VPN. it gives me peace of mind knowing my browsing is private, especially when i’m on public wifi. plus, i don’t feel like i’m being tracked or sold every time i use my phone.

switching was easy, service is fast and reliable, and the app makes it super simple to check usage or change settings. finally feels like a phone company that actually respects your privacy.

if you’re looking for a private, no-nonsense wireless carrier, REALLY is it.

Never heard of a phone service offering free VPN. That alone makes it super worth it. Also love the phone call protection it offers, I used to get so many spam calls, now I’m seeing less and less every day. Hopefully it gets down to 0 soon!

I’ve been waiting for an application for Really, I’m glad it’s here. Now that the VPN partnership with Aura is live, Really feels like a company aiming to project your data. The service has been the fastest in my area and that’s coming from Verizon.

This literally changed my life! I was being bombarded with spam texts and my phone blowing up with calls 20+ times a day and this service finally stopped all that. Plus I canceled my VPN subscription since that is all included for free with REALLY!
