Some of the functions are redundant, or circular, and lately it’s been freezing on me so that I have to exit the app and open it again. Frustrating when I’m ready to hit “send” on a communication and have to start over. ### 4/5 — Good idea but doesn't always work properly *2026-07-28, version 2026.6.0* Several times when I've tried to post a message, it freezes up when I go to select the committee that I'm wanting to send the message to. You must delete post one at a time. This is antiquated. Also, some people send out post and they cannot be deleted from your feed which needs to be corrected Especially calendar events. It’s hard to put information in when you’re uploading a photo. We need a way to get everyone’s pictures in the directory. However, it is a pain to log into every time because it does not seem to accept Face ID. There also does not seem to be a menu where I can access options, such as letting me stay signed into the app, using Face ID to login, etc. While I realize that security should be upmost for every app, don't make it so inconvenient that I won't want to use it. There should be an option to allow users to stay signed into the app. At least make it possible for Face ID to be used to login into the app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Ipad app freezes *2026-08-10, version 2026.6.0* Each time I try to post to my bible study group, the app freezes and I have to swipe away and never let’s me post- iphone works fine- it is on my ipad that I have this issue ### 1/5 — Decent app for church giving *2026-01-07, version 2025.25* Stand by my original rating but have downgraded. Because there hasn’t been any updates to the app at all. And many of my members(including myself) often experience app crashes or times where we are unable to upload content for the membership. But it’s so unreliable. I constantly have a badge notification even after disabling most notifications in the app. If someone even likes a post it gives me a badge notification like I received a new DM. furthermore, the app logs me out every week. I’ve entered every password I’ve ever had for any account ever and none of them have worked. I try having it send a reset link to my email, ANY email I have, and I never receive one. I tried asking three different church administrators for help and none of them have. I have no idea what is going wrong but the lack of assistance from the app and the church is appalling. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-03-16, version 2025.3.0* This app is horrible it constantly freezes and tells me my password isn’t correct and it definitely is. It works fine one minute then doesn’t the next. How is my password not working when it just was .
