What is the point of having face id option if you are not gonna do it right???? Frustrating! ### 2/5 — Crashes over time *2026-04-08* There must be a memory leak or something, because after viewing 4-5 listings (looping through the images and scrolling through the listing data) the app won’t just crash, but it will put the screen to sleep and i have to unlock and open it again. Please fix that! It’s already worse than housesigma in turns of interface and how pleasant it is to use, but this crashing makes me want to avoid it altogether! ### 2/5 — Glitchy , missing properties *2026-03-24* Biometric sign in keeps leading back to home login screen. And we shouldn’t still be having problems with the biometrics not working and multiple requests to sign in each day. ### 2/5 — Please improve your Face ID login *2025-12-18* The app has a number of benefits. Although one large frustrating drawback is that the Face ID login is very poor technology - it’s nowhere as sensitive and accurate as Apple’s Face ID which works for me. About 90% of the time, REALM’s Face ID does not work for me. Other agents in my office also mentioned the same issue. ### 2/5 — No way to sign up and no explanation why *2025-03-08* Several realtors referred me to this app as they use it. I downloaded it and there was no way to sign up. I googled around and found a sign up form but those credentials still didn’t let me login to this app. Overall this is a poor experience for clients and the instructions on the website are confusing. ### 2/5 — Needs enhancements *2024-12-04* Searching for a house is a complicated and time taking process. These tools exist and should be designed to make it easier. I like that I can create a pretty detailed filter and save it. But if I cannot hide the properties that I don’t want to see anymore, the filter doesn’t make much sense. To scan through the tens or hundreds of properties every time is a painstaking process. ### 2/5 — Consumes battery like crazy. *2024-08-29* Consumes battery like crazy. I started at 100%, right off the charger. Within 2 Hours it was dead. Usually my iPad Pro m1 lasts 10 hours of nonstop use and can function for 30 days on standby. Otherwise it is quite powerful. But it’s not easy to work with as I’m out with clients and I need to charge it nonstop between clients to keep it running. Either charges in my car or office. ### 2/5 — Brutal app. I hate being forced to use it for house hunting. *2024-08-15* So annoying to use. It NEVER remembers that I selected “Face ID”, so that NEVER works. It also doesn’t remember my login, nor does it give the option of auto populating my password…. Even though I’ve programmed it into my save passwords. Which is HELLA ANNOYING when they automatically assigned me a username that is 30 random characters!!!! I called them… they can’t change the username!?! Links to houses and lists that my fiancé sends me don’t open in the app (just takes me to landing page *eyeroll*! I have to email them to myself and go to the website for the links to work. Brutal, painful app. Horrible experience with it/ the company all around. Painful. Would rather use HouseSigma, but this what the agents use. Now every 15 minutes you have to re-sign in. I will be in the middle of a search and the app will literally log me out. It will show old listings from months ago before new listings and it’s so picky about how to write the addresses (eg west vs w, unit number first or unit number last). ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Stay away! Horrible!!!! *2026-06-14* What are the worst companies I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with you pay ridiculous amount of money every single year and that’s not even including the absurd mandatory healthcare plan that feels like nothing. More than an illegal cash grab so somebody at Trreb can collect the massive kickback. The platform itself is an absolute disaster listings don’t work properly on the road. You can’t upload listings from your phone. You can’t upload listings from a Mac basically functionality that should have existed years ago somehow still doesn’t work If an automatic email gets sent to your clients and too many properties hit the market at once, their entire email notification gets deactivated and cancelled. Why? Who knows. They don’t know how t fix. Trying to send listing links to clients through One home? Forget it. There’s a limit of 50 properties, so instead of sending one clean link, you now have to waste your time sending 10 different links because apparently common sense wasn’t part of the development process. Want to login just to check what’s happening with listings? Good luck! You have to click the verification button 15 to 30 times before it finally sends you a code, and once you actually receive the code, half the time you still can’t login because the website throws a “forbidden” error, and locks you out completely. And customer support? Completely useless. I’ve sent countless emails and not a single person working there seems remotely interested in helping anybody. For the amount of money, they charge this company’s embarrassment. Outdated system, broken functionality, terrible support, and absolute zero accountability. Genuinely one of the worst frustrating organizations I’ve ever had. This is exactly why there are so many agents out there that are sharing one account because the prices are beyond stupid and functionality and usage of the website needs a massive overhaul because a lot of things don’t work and as they say “oh we don’t know why”. I’m not going to advertise it here, but this is why a lot of people are also leaving TRREB in massive numbers. There is much more capable websites with history and you can always give your listing to somebody else to upload like many other people are currently doing. ### 1/5 — Face ID missing? *2026-05-01* Didn’t find any Face ID setting ### 1/5 — Not able to log in at all *2026-03-14* after i click login it just keep going back to the login it page and loop again ### 1/5 — App unusable: Unable to login - infinite loop redirecting to login page *2026-03-09* Attempting to log in sends me in a redirect loop that lands me back on the login page. ### 1/5 — Non functional login *2026-01-05* EVERY. Single. Time. Face ID does not work and have to type user and pin AND THEN OTP to log in. I cannot quickly whip out my phone to view listings with clients. Making the whole app on phone obsolete.
