While AI is a powerful tool, it can’t replicate the nuanced local expertise of a human professional. This app functions primarily as a basic data filter, much like other free platforms. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, nothing beats the official MLS client app paired with a dedicated agent. Use AI to brainstorm and explore, but always verify the details with an expert to ensure your dream home search stays on track.
