DO NOT USE APPLE ID - HIDE MY EMAIL! *2026-08-16, version 1.0.34* I enjoy RealPrize and it’s great selection of slots games. So at first I was upset with RealPrize Casino because I waited a week for redemption still pending and it turns out there was an issue because I used my Apple ID to create my account, however the issue was resolved and RealPrize customer support was great they listened and were very helpful. When you create account with Apple ID, it will ask if you want to “Hide Your Email.” I chose yes because I assumed it was just added security. However DO NOT DO THIS. It will create a proxy email which automatically fwds emails from RealPrize to your real email address. Problem is, you cannot access the proxy email to send emails, only receive, so it looks like you created a duplicate account (which is against Social Casino regulations obviously). This was really Apple’s fault, not RealPrize, and they were great with helping me fix the issue. I received deposit straight to my bank account of my winnings after we figured it out. Thanks RealPrize! Great and trustworthy platform highly recommended! Just avoid using Apple ID to create account if you can help it. ### 5/5 — Top 3 casino apps *2026-08-15, version 1.0.34* Superb bonuses and free sc!!! ### 5/5 — Scamming thieves *2026-08-15, version 1.0.34* I’ve played realprize a few times and when I finally won enough to redeem, I requested the redemption instead of adding money to my account they took the redemption amount from my account so they essentially stole $105 out of my account so not only did I not get my redemption. They took money from me when I reported it to them with documentation and evidence they denied it stating that the redemption went through on their end even with clear documentation that that was not true, so I had to report them and still never received my redemption.
