You can’t switch from drawing a floor plan to taking a photo without “capturing” your partial note. It crashes constantly, is not intuitive at all. Written by amateurs and it shows. Apps for residential appraisers, like Total Mobile blow this out of the water. Plus being iOS only is absurd in the modern world. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Increased our business’ efficiency by about 30%. No joke, it’s that good if you take the time to learn the ins and outs. The mobile app is minimal but does what we need for inspections on the road. Great for Yellow Book. Getting used to this app after all the manual steps to inserting photos and notes in an appraisal report was simple. The key is the auto sync feature. By the time I get back to the office my inspection pictures with captions as well as notes are uploaded in my appraisal.
