Now it’s working fine. I had set up the account before with yahoo and Gmail and it did not work. Apple login fixed it for me. I can’t do without my chair! ### 1/5 — Worthless *2024-08-17, version 2.6.3* It works, then it doesn’t. Then it continues to not work. It wants you to register, but makes it impossible. It’s never work I would not recommend it to nobody ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work with app anymore *2024-08-16* For a while the app worked well, but for months now only a few features still work from app. I can add time once. I start with the attached controller, turn off and just a couple of functions, but most of the app does nothing. Wish they would fix the app. Love the chair otherwise. **Developer response:** We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. Register again and next time, user not registered. ### 2/5 — Absolutely worthless *2023-12-29, version 2.6.1* I spent a solid 30 minutes just trying to register an account both by making one manually and using apple sign. When making it manually the “get code” will never send a code and appears to not even function. Then if you try using apple sign it it will just disable it after proceeding to making an account that way. At this point I’m convinced all the 5 star reviews are bot reviews as this app is incapable of functioning. I repeat these guys make the worst massage chairs on the planet. ### 1/5 — Why all the personal info? *2025-09-05, version 2.6.9* There is absolutely no reason why my massage chair needs my personal info in order to use the controls. My Bluetooth shows it’s connected but the app doesn’t. Every so often it will refuse to log me in. When I try to login, it will say my email does not exist in the system. So I try to create a new account, and it says that email already exists. It continues in a frustrating, useless circle like this. I have to delete the app and re-download it. That frustrating process of deleting the app and then re-downloading it and logging in again used to work, but it doesn’t work any longer. I now have to create a new email address and a new account every time it fails to log me in because it won’t recognize my email address, but it also won’t let me create a new account because it says my email already exists in the system. It’s maddening. Unable to log back in. I tried forgetting password, creating a new account but still did not work. Keeps saying verification code is invalid. It will give you much greater and easier control of your chair when in manual mode. You can select head, neck, shoulders, back, waist, and hips independently and choose massage type for the area, tap, knock, knead , shiatsu. You can control intensity etc. don’t be lazy, take the time to learn your chair and the app that makes it work, together they create a wonderful massage! I found the rollers pushed too hard on my back and could not turn it down enough so I put a 24x17 memory foam bath mat from Costco in the lower part of the backrest, problem solved! We got the chair today, and wanted to connect it to blue tooth. As soon as we turned the chair on, it flipped us backwards and started the massage, as expected. During the massage we downloaded the app. The app asked me to sign in, for which we used to the lower part of the page that said something like “other ways” and had an apple logo. Upon clicking that, it signed us in via apple login, and immediately recognized that the chair is running after allowing it to use the Bluetooth upon a pop up. On the screen we had time remaining and all the necessary controls which we could use on the fly. Bottom line is, everything worked!
