Steeds Real Time op de hoogte van jouw cijfers? Met de RealTime App van Octopus heb je 24/7 inzicht in jouw boekhouding, monitor je jouw cijfers en laad je gemakkelijk bonnetjes en facturen op. Kortom, 3 handige functionaliteiten: Krijg realtime overzicht op jouw boekhouding Via de functie “Grafieken” geef je die cijfers handig grafisch weer. Op jouw smartphone of tablet bekijk je dus voortaan jouw resultaten, kosten, cashflow en nog veel meer. Kortom, nu heb je van overal toegang tot jouw boekhouding. Monitor jouw cijfers Via de functie “Rapporten” vraag je snel en eenvoudig belangrijke gegevens op over jouw boekhouding. Denk maar aan openstaande verrichtingen, een overzicht van jouw dagboeken, verkorte balans en nog vele andere. Download alle mogelijke rapporten en verstuur ze via jouw smartphone. Laad documenten op Kan je foto’s nemen met je smartphone? Dan is de helft van het werk al gedaan. Neem een foto van jouw factuur of ander document en stuur het meteen door naar jouw dossier via de functie “Click & Book”. Deze documenten komen in de Octopus toepassing terecht in het documentbeheer (DMS) waar jij of jouw accountant ze kan koppelen aan boekingen, relaties, investeringen enz. Hoe starten? Om gebruik te kunnen maken van de RealTime app heb je een account nodig. J’ai utilisé pendant des années Accountable avec beaucoup de satisfaction. Mais comme je préférerais rester avec ma comptable, j’ai dû passer sur cette plate-forme Octopus (obligation Peppol et pas le budget d’utiliser une meilleure application). La plate-forme a été conçue par des comptables pour des comptables et malheureusement ils n’ont aucune conscience sur la façon dont le client de base a besoin d’utiliser une application de comptabilité. Si l’indépendant n’a pas de fortes notions de comptabilité, il ne peut pas comprendre. Les éditeurs sont à des années lumières d’écouter leurs clients, malheureusement. C’est une honte. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cette application est autorisée en Belgique. Et pour couronner le tout, si vous oubliez de payer votre facture d’abonnement Octopus (RealTime), ils bloquent absolument tous vos documents. Vous n’avez donc plus l’occasion de facturer un client pour récupérer de l’argent pour les payer eux-mêmes. C’est un danger, voire même du chantage ! Un grand risque pour votre business. Alleen loopt de app jammergenoeg enkele jaren achter op het vlak van UI en UX.
