There's a slight flaw. I'll buy a property right when it hits low bottom. The property disappears and so does my money!!!! Please Fix

This game is challenging but fun.  Buy low, sell high.  There's not much connection to real life fluctuations in real estate though.  
The previous reviewer is correct that waiting until a building price goes all the way down is a risk that you'll loose that money.  For reasons that are not explained, buildings sometimes disappear when they hit the bottom.  However, if you wait for the price to bottom and go back up a little before you buy, you can easily make good profits.
