I open the app and it says to update the app and opens my App Store showing the app with a button that says Open and then the loop begins. And I pay over $500 a month for these leads. ### 1/5 — App inaccessible *2024-10-22, version 3.1.2* Not sure what’s going on , the app was working find but as of today when I tried opening it , I keep getting a message that says I need to “ download the latest version” In order for me to keep using it . However when I go to the App Store to update, there is not update. I’ve restarted my phone several times and still having issues. It won’t type, it won’t save, and it won’t even close the broken function. Fix it or im dropping my advertising. Period. I pay $1000 a month for leads, and I can’t even get to them on my phone. I have yet to be able to login to Ready Connect in order to access Opcity. I am first told that my email isn’t connected, and then told the opposite, that I cannot create an account because my email is already connected. ### 1/5 — Worst company *2023-12-26, version 1.4.0* They are liars and thieves. They charge and insane amount of money and provide the worst leads, their customer support is the worst part. They are arrogant liars. Please don’t sign a contract with these scammers ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work more than half the time *2023-12-09, version 1.4.0* I’ve removed and reloaded the app and can’t get it to let me even log in. It just acts like it’s received the user name and password but then acts like it’s timed out and asks for it again. I think it needs a new update ### 2/5 — Fix the irritating bug! *2023-05-25* I’m not going to sign up again when my contract ends if you can’t fix the dang bug that causes the “oops” message every time I change a status or add note. Then I have to close the app, open it back up and sign in again. THEN the sign in screen screen just sits there so AGAIN I have to close the app out and go back in and BAM it works again. Well, until I change a status!! We pay high dollars for these leads, fix the bug! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2026-07-07, version 3.4.0* Constantly crashes - won’t let you text clients half the time - garbage ### 1/5 — This Company Will Cancel Your Contract With No Notice! *2026-03-19, version 3.3.3* I have been a loyal customer with this company for over six years. I have owned four of the top ZIP Codes in my area during that time. I recently noticed that I hadn’t received a lead in over a month. I called my personal representative yesterday. She informed me that they canceled all of my ZIP Codes because they decided to roll out a new VIP program in my area, which by the way costs $8500 per month. I was spending $35,000 per year with this company. I always prepaid for a year with all of my ZIP Codes. And they didn’t even contact me to tell me that they were just giving my areas away. She tried to tell me that they reached out to me, but they didn’t. I checked all my voicemails and my emails. There was no contact. My rep then informed me yesterday that I have a $14,000 credit with them because of the cancellations. Why would I want a credit with them when they don’t have any of my ZIP Codes? I am moving to Zillow. To all my realtor professionals out there, beware of this company! ### 1/5 — To Many Bugs! *2025-10-23, version 3.2.8* This app is the worst app on my iPhone 16 pro. It works maybe 50% of the time. When you call support they just say the same stuff. Uninstall and reinstall, make sure it's up to date, use your laptop, use an iPad, blah blah blah. Excuses for a poorly written app that we need to use on the go for a service that we are paying for. These leads are horrible. I have yet to talk to a single person. Can’t wait for my contract to end. I’ll be going back to Zillow after this ends. ### 1/5 — Caution *2025-04-09, version 3.1.9* The leads aren’t real buyers. ALL the leads , except one, who I have an agreement with already, can’t afford to borrow money. They lead you in circles. They sold me zip codes in low income areas. They count multiple property inquiries by one person as multiple leads. I’m about to stop payment on my CC. ### 1/5 — Don’t do it *2025-04-02, version 3.1.9* I signed for 2 zip codes about a year ago, I am a very active agent and on top of any lead I receive and constantly on the grind this is my full time job. During this one year commitment I received a lot of leads more than half of them were realtors asking for information on properties that most likely did not have MLS access. I would not suggest this lead gen for any new agents or seasoned. It’s expensive and never got me to the closing table. ### 1/5 — Terrible/fake leads terrible service *2025-03-14, version 3.1.7* A Heavy majority of leads have fake contact information or immediately tell you to stop contacting them. I also think Realtor.com is using bots to artificially inflate their lead numbers so they don’t have to reimburse you for not reaching the number they promised. They have also taken away slots/zipcodes that I paid for before the contract was up just so they could sell the exact same spot back to me at a higher price. They are deceptive and unethical in their practices. Do not use them for leads you would be better off with literally any other option. I have talked with them many times about the lead quality and they say they don’t verify anything they just let people provide their own information. I think they are covering for their deceptive use of bots. They also advertise homes for sale when they are not on the market so they can get clicks and then once someone has clicked the button they revert the status of the home to off market. The entire company and support staff are shady and immoral. ### 1/5 — You have to pay to cancel/ lack of transparency *2025-02-25, version 3.1.6* Before joining Realtor.com, I repeatedly asked my assigned representative if I could cancel my membership at any time. I specifically asked if there would be any obstacles to canceling, and she repeatedly assured me that there wouldn’t be. This was my biggest concern, and I expressed it over and over yet she swore up and down that canceling would be simple. Fast forward eight months later, I called in to cancel and was transferred to a “specialist” who handled these requests. It took forever for him to get to the point, and then boom, I was told I had to pay for the full 12 month contract to cancel. That meant I’d have to pay $1,680 or more just to get out of it. Plus, there were even more fees for canceling early. I was lied to, plain and simple. Where’s the transparency?? As a salesperson myself, I refuse to operate this way. There was no reason to mislead me, they could have just been upfront from the start. Yes, I’m sure the fine print in the contract technically covers them, but let’s be real: contracts like these are worded in a way that makes it easy to miss key details. This kind of business practice is unethical and disappointing. Maybe not all representatives lie, but some of y’all seriously lack transparency. Train better. Do better. ### 1/5 — A bunch of bad leads *2025-02-07, version 3.1.5* Every day I get leads that either have fake contact information, people that aren’t even serious about buying, realtors trying to ask stupid questions or realtors that are just trying to click on their own listings for fun. I try to contact them about the bad leads but nothing changes I always get stuck with the same issues and I pay 6 grand a month for these leads. If this continues I will be switching over to Zillow.
