I gave it four stars, but things could be better. ### 2/5 — Stop ruining this app! *2026-08-24, version 27.1.0* I’m going to have to switch to another app even though this has been my go-to for years. Why the change? ### 2/5 — Updated app removed key features *2026-08-23, version 27.1.0* Two important features I regularly used are now not available. 1) ability to adjust purchase price to calculate monthly payment and 2) ability to see distance to common name locations (like “SeaTac”) now require you to know the exact address. Saved homes that go pending or sold do not reflect that status on the app so I have to click on it to see whether it is still available or not. Only then will it show the current status. It also will not update my spending power and keeps saying that everything is out of reach even though it's well within budget. Extremely slow and some saved listings show up as for sale when in reality they are not. Time to use other apps. Older saved listings show as active until you click on it and it’s actually sold. Very difficult to use with misleading information. It’s a shame because the data they provide is superior, the implementation is horrible. ### 1/5 — No Longer Saving *2026-08-03, version 27.0.2* The app now keeps kicking back an error every time I hit the heart to save a listing and doesn’t save them at all. It kind of defeats the whole purpose of the app at this point, and I really need it right now because I’m moving.
