The app allows people on other ends to view your screen and take control over your phone. Don’t be naive and don’t download this app. I called to get a refund on a merchandise from Sheen that I didn’t receive. So I called the number online and it prompted me to these people. That me download this app and they then use this app to look at my screen and all of my information. She linked me to another site where I had to put a passcode into a iTunes gift card … the code 200 was actually not a code, but it was implying I was buying a 200.00 gift card …. She reassured me I needed to do this, she got angry with me when I questioned her and told her I wasn’t doing this . She yelled and told me to enter the code . She then told me I wasn’t doing wasting her time . I’m embarrassed to say I got as far as I didn’t her but I had never called yahoo support before and thought this was an odd process but how they did things …. Such a scam …. Don’t fall for it or download this app . ### 1/5 — Fraudster and Scammers *2026-01-29, version 2.8.0* I call the number that I saw on google and they had an Indian accent with English names. First red flag he had me download this app and wanted me to go into my account. I didn’t feel comfortable and I told him no way. He hung up the phone on me. I called back and got someone else same accent with a different English name. He wanted me to go into my android phone to see my subscriptions and payment info which directed me to gift cards purchase. That’s when I had a feeling that they were scammers. After I asked him why am I into gift cards purchases. He hung up the phone on me. I called my bank immediately and spoke with the fraud department. This app is indispensable to provide help when you can actually see what the person you’re trying to help is actually seeing. For those complaining about getting scammed, I recommend using common sense. If you need support from Apple, look at their website for contact information, not Google or any other site. If someone calls you about a “problem” you’re having-hang up.
