Listen and follow the guides Tony gives you, and the amount of success you will achieve is what you put into the program. This WILL get you in shape *2024-10-24* Programs are awesome on here. 10 week hybrid athlete was intense. The app has some bugs but it’s new so that’s a given Ex: some of the videos don’t play great. Some of the videos aren’t demonstrating the correct exercise (just Google it for the couple that are swapped around) Some rest days don’t allow you to click “complete” so I had 1 rest day during my 10 week program that wouldn’t let me check off as complete so It shows I haven’t completed the program yet (I have I promise lol) Overall the content is awesome. Much better than a lot of the other apps I’ve downloaded. Mainly because the workouts are awesome. Hopefully you guys will work out some of these bugs.
