هذا وتقوم شركة (ريم) بإدارة عدة محافظ عقارية تابعة لعملائها إضافة الى العقارات المملوكة لها محلياً وفي دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وترتكز الشركة بإدارتها لهذه المحافظ على أساس المهنية والاحتراف باستخدام أفضل النظم المحلية والعالمية وتحتوي هذه المحافظ أكثر من 600 عقار مختلفة الأنواع والأنشطة (الأبراج الذكية – مجمعات تجارية -مراكز التسوق – عقارات استثمارية \ سكنية – قسائم صناعية ) هذا ويقارب عدد مستأجري وحدات هذه العقارات نحو 6500 مستأجراً
