Reaper League is fantasy football with a twist that changes everything: in a Guillotine league, nobody plays head-to-head. All twelve teams are scored together every week, the lowest score is eliminated, and their entire roster is dumped onto waivers for everyone else to pick over. There are no easy weeks. You can post your best score of the season and still go out because someone else posted a better one. And every elimination floods the waiver wire with the players that team was holding — so the field gets stronger as it gets smaller. Last owner standing wins. SEVEN WAYS TO PLAY Guillotine — the headline mode. Lowest score each week is cut. Their roster goes to waivers. Traditional — head-to-head matchups, a regular season and a playoff bracket. The format everyone knows, done properly. Keeper — carry players into next season at a cost. Fixed-round or round-cost keeper models. Dynasty — keep your whole roster year over year, with rookie drafts and tradeable future picks. One and Done — no roster at all. Each week you pick a fresh lineup from the entire player pool, but every player you use is gone for the rest of the season. Spending a star early is a decision you live with. Best Ball — set nothing. Your optimal lineup is calculated automatically every week from whoever you drafted. Survivor — no draft, no roster. Pick one team a week to win. Get it wrong and you're out. A team can only be used once all season.
