This has been the best system we have used since being in the industry. ### 5/5 — Fast as *2026-05-05* Too easy ### 1/5 — App changes *2026-03-16* Go back to the way it was, the new update makes our job harder, it is glitchy, freezes and it is time consuming, before it was a great product that made our day easier, not happy with updates ### 1/5 — Don’t update! *2026-03-06* Since your latest update to beta, my phone constantly crashes while using the app, it overheats severely, which stops the flush from working. It takes a long time to load. It makes the inspections a lot harder to do. I wish there was a button to go back to the legacy version and not have to use the beta version. This is no longer an app for use in Queensland, as you will need to use an ice pack around your phone to be able to use, it overheats your phone now. The update before the most recent was the best and most easy to use. Taking photos feels slower now and takes more time to load. ### 5/5 — Amazing app *2025-04-13* Powerful app with useful features. ### 1/5 — Deleted all my inspections *2024-12-27* I use this daily for work, and I spent an entire week doing inspections and the next week when I had time to do my reports NONE OF THEM UPLOADED AND SAVED. Ridiculous because now I have to schedule this work again. Fix your app. ### 1/5 — Don’t like the updates!!!! *2024-10-01* Since I accidentally update the app last week, the are more steps needed to be done when we do entry or exit inspection. Cannot check photo after taken, but has to click done first, go back to the section photos, choose the photo you want to check AND THEN YOU CAN CHECK IT. When typing description we have to always click keyboard first EVERY SINGLE TIME before we can type something. What a load of rubbish. The app developer definitely not a property manager. Doesn’t know how busy we are and we need to work in the speed of light to add these all nonsense. The disadvantage is when you’re out doing a routine inspection you canNOTafter creating job. Seek a quote. Only send the work order to trade It would also be hardly helpful if the program allowed once you have sent a work order to a tradesperson to notify the tenant of the trade and their contact details … If a tenant lodges a request via the app highly request that that email can be sent to the agency so there are aware of this It does appear with the bill with all other notifications which is impractical specially if urgent Mike deck issue etc **Developer response:** Hi Samie, thanks for rating the app. And thank you for those suggestions.
