## What is REARM?

REARM is a business manager built for people who handle real work: invoices, shipments, contacts, documents, payments, deals, tasks, notes, pictures, and records that need to stay connected. Create professional invoices, manage line items, discounts, taxes, shipping fees, payment methods, due dates, and customer-specific payment terms. Generate polished invoice PDFs, share them with clients, and keep track of invoice status from draft to paid.

Manage shipments and packing lists with sender, recipient, owner, milestones, attachments, CSV imports, QR-assisted item entry, and PDF generation. Keep shipping records organized alongside the contacts, documents, pictures, and notes that belong to them.

REARM also helps you search files intelligently. Create keyword sets, scan documents on device, review aggregate summaries, inspect per-file matches, and quickly copy found terms or matched text. When a file is shared into REARM, you can choose whether to search it, attach it to an invoice, or use it with a packing list workflow.
