It’s Thursday now and they haven’t even shipped yet. Either I ordered too many items or they are backed up with current sales. My advise….. have plenty of time as package might take about a week to ship out of their warehouse. :( Update. It’s Friday now. 5 business days passed and I’ve been ignored by their customer service. And if you send them an email they won’t respond . I received an email from Macy’s saying what I purchased was out of stock. The repurchased the same item from Macys.come in a different size and realized the package was coming directly from reasons clothing. Since I saw this was sent directly from them, I started purchasing from their App. The 2 other purchases made through had the same story, items out of stock. I got an email on both orders saying one item was out of stock. To make matters worse both orders had missing items. The first time it happened they made me sent pictures of the labels and jump through hoops to get a refund on the item. The second time was easier but I think this company is not worth the hassle. I’ve had problems with every single order. Buy at your own risk. By the way they also take extremely long to send you items. ### 3/5 — Need better inventory management *2026-04-16* Buying brand new items from the app/store? Wonderful. Shipping starts a few days after ordering. Buying something on sale? Hold up they don’t know if they even still have it. Gonna take an additional week or 2 to figure out. Hope you’re patient with them.
