I’ve sent three detailed emails over a few weeks and got NOTHING back! So as it stands now, I’m expecting that I paid full price for products I don’t necessarily need because they won’t support their app and help customers needing to verify their account. Great concept, but with literally NO SUPPORT, this one is a hard pass for me. Hoping someone from their team will see this scathing review and resolve the issue. Please fix this ASAP. I contact customer support awaiting for this to be fixed. Will change once this resolves. Update: 10/7/21 Esteban (RK manager) has escalated my ticket, thankful I am got someone to look into this issue. Will update if they can resolve my verification. Update: 10/8/21: Thank you Esteban and RK team for resolving the zip code issue within 48 hrs.
