It’s so easy to use and I love being able to watch Rebecca’s videos while I’m working out to make sure I have the proper posture . The recipes are delicious and very easy instructions and lots of variety !

I love the app. Very friendly and easy to use. Each movement is shown to the perfection so that there is no guessing. The recipes are delicious and there is a ton of them. Definitely a 5 star for me !
