This works personally for me as it is flexible for those who work long days and sometimes struggle to get to a gym each day as it’s suited to both home and gym workouts. Initially we started with a questionnaire which established the goals I wanted to gain from the online coaching. Off the back of this Joe issued me a diet plan which set his expectations of my diet tracking and daily calorie/protein intake. From this the app went live and on a daily basis I am tracking my weight, workouts, sleep, water intake, calories, protein and fibre intake. I particularly love that you weigh daily as oppose to once a week as Joe will take the average of the week to ascertain your overall weight for the week. Joe plans workouts suited to my goals but also around any health or joint issues, this gives me ease that I’m not causing unnecessary damage. These workouts you can track live in the app with a demonstration video which comes in very handy when you don’t know all the technical terms, you can track your sets and weights and it’s stored against your last workout so you can see your progress without having to change pages. Last but not least Joe gives credit or constructed criticism when due. If you’re not willing to put the time and effort in then you’re not going to see the results.
