### 5/5 — A lifesaver for our self-led HOA transition

Our community recently made the switch from being professionally property managed to running as a self-led board. Honestly, we had no idea how much our management company was handling behind the scenes until we were suddenly responsible for all of it ourselves.
The transition was overwhelming at first. Violations, maintenance requests, ARC approvals, invoices, meeting minutes…it all landed on a small group of volunteers who had full-time jobs and lives outside of the HOA. We needed something that could help us operate like a professional management company without actually hiring one.

Rebel HOA has been a genuine godsend. The daily report alone changed everything…every morning our board knows exactly what needs attention across the entire community. Nothing gets forgotten, nothing falls through the cracks.
Issuing formal violation notices used to feel intimidating. Now we do it directly from the app in minutes, complete with photos, bylaw references, and everything a proper legal notice needs.
Meeting minutes went from the thing everyone dreaded to something we actually have under control. The app pulls in all our outstanding community items automatically so we walk into every board meeting prepared.

For any HOA making the leap to self-management… this app makes it possible. We couldn’t imagine doing this without it.
