Their description is 100% is misleading on how to earn rewards ### 1/5 — Why please explain *2025-06-01, version 3.4* Ok so basically I want to download the rebel app for some great deals because I love this gas station already so I download the app and it’s getting its data and so I wait and wait and it’s deciding not to work so I don’t know why I don’t know if it’s because I’m on iOS 15.8.4 or it’s not working anymore ### 1/5 — It thinks I’m in California *2025-03-06, version 3.4* All I needed to do was change my phone number but the app works not allow it. Was told I had to create a be account, which required a new email (an account I never use). So now I’ve created the account, but it keeps saying I’m in California; no matter how many times I save my Florida location. Also there is no return to the home page from the map selection when you set the preferred store. Also, it offered me to call the store, but there is a block to keep customers from calling the store. I need to know if they sell money orders, cannot call anyone to ask and the app has no answers either. ### 1/5 — Where’s my points? *2025-01-26, version 3.4* Been you using this app for 4 months now and I haven’t racked up any points at all. I don’t get it. ### 1/5 — Decided Not To Install *2024-11-14, version 3.4* Data is a hot commodity these days and worth more than gold to a successful business, and most importantly the consumer who wants to be able to trust who they do business with. In the apps sign-up process, it asks for me to check a box in agreements with terms and conditions, but will not allow me to read what those terms and conditions are. I’m glad I stopped at that point of the process, because by some of the reviews for this app, it sounds a bit suspect. I have also received codes through my email for FREE delivery…that…no surprise… didn’t work! After emailing service… I get NO REPLY or fix, either! What is the point! To trick people into buying? Target, McD, BK, Meijer, Jewel-Osco…countless stores have rewards programs that DO WORK, WHY DONT YOU! ### 1/5 — Rebel /no good *2025-11-15, version 43.01.00* Dear Rebel if you don’t have much customers using the account app this explains why: It asks you to add phone number then when registering after the phone number confirmation it say snag your number is already in the system and won’t allow you to register to your account. I couldn’t update my email so I wanted to start over but it says my phone number is in use when in the app said clearly deactivate or delete account so since I wanted to start over now I can’t register because it say phone number in use my own number. So please know any mistakes you do you can’t start over and I’m frustrated about it no 800. The cashier will tell you oh no you don’t have a free drink and then charge you for it and then when you walk out of the store pocket your money.
