### 3/5 — Updates required

*2017-04-05*

Don't know how else to contact to request an update to the app
Videos - no sound
Only "Dashboard" is working, when going to a profile, from "Following" or Dashboard comes up with 'Blog not found'
Please fix!!! So frustrating!!!

### 2/5 — when reblog first came out….

*2015-10-27, version 2.0.6*

…..it was a good, solid tumblr client.
but it looks like it hasn’t been updated in quite awhile, and the reblog function - on both a 6S and iPad Air 2 - does not work. A white box pops up but there is nothing in it. i am on the full version btw.

I am not sure why they are still selling a broken app; I am going to ask Apple to review it for functionality relative to claims.

### 3/5 — Still better than the official app

*2014-10-07, version 2.0.4*

This app is ugly, clunky, and you have to pay to get rid of the ads, but it's still a thousand times better than the official tumblr app.

### 3/5 — Not really for iOS6

*2013-12-28*

I'm sure that it looks great in iOS 7, but in iOS6 it looks akin to the settings app - not minimal, and far from it. Maybe the developer could change the app design to actually make the top bar white for all iOS (not default for iOS 7, which is white but it's blue gradient on iOS6 😣) and the nice Helvetica font embed?

### 2/5 — Disappointing

*2013-09-27, version 1.8.4*

App is clunky. Posting fails most of the time. Not easy to change posting options. Interface is mediocre. Deleted day after downloading.

### 3/5 — Ask option

*2013-03-20, version 1.8.4*

I would love to have an option where you could answer your asks, fanmail and submit items.

### 3/5 — Great concept, but buggy

*2013-03-19, version 1.8.4*

When you select a blog you're following, it still gives you a follow option. This is really annoying when you want to unfollow someone. Following and then Unfollowing did nothing, confirmed by logging into desktop version. Also, the app doesn't show your entire list of 'following', which is ridiculous. There's also an annoying "invalid command" pop up every time you select the 'tagged' section, I believe. Still works, but is that alarming pop up necessary? Lastly, every time I go into settings to send feedback, the app unexpectedly quits. Followed by sending an error report on open again.

Fix this. They're huge oversights. Once that's fixed, it'll definitely be the best tumblr experience on the iPad. Hands down.

### 3/5 — U know what would make this the best...

*2013-02-18, version 1.8.4*

If u had a gif archive where u could press and hold, and copy and save a working gif into an archive and whenever u needed to post a gif u could press and hold and post a gif from ur archive of saved gifs u find, that way ppl wouldnt hav a problem with using reaction gifs on ipad...

### 1/5 — Doesn't work

*2012-12-17*

It keeps on bugging out and telling me that I'm too far away from the time stamp

### 3/5 — ذ

*2012-11-22, version 1.8.2*

جميل ااكن يوجد في عيوب كثيره

### 1/5 — crashes D:

*2012-11-07*

i downloaded the app, but it crashes all the time right before i start it... please fix it soon!

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2012-11-05*

It looks like a good app, BUT DOES NOT OPEN. i continously redownload, switch my phone off and on and etc and it does NOT open it just crashes when i press the app.

### 1/5 — Ummm..

*2012-10-27, version 1.8.1*

It may just be because of my out-of-date IOS but it immediately crashes upon opening the app. I'm running IOS 4.3.3, if this is a problem it's okay but let the consumers know before they download.

### 3/5 — A good start

*2012-10-14, version 1.8.1*

This app has a wonderful starting layout, with nice animations. The only thing it needs is a visual overhaul. The bright yellow hurts my eyes and doesn't look right. Also, the red banner on the left column is blurry looking. Also, multiuser text posts look horrible on it. Overall it has potential, just needs some refinement! I'll probably check back on this app next month and if its had any of these improvements, ill definitely buy it and recommend it to everyone who I know uses tumblr!

### 3/5 — Really lovely, but

*2012-10-13, version 1.8.1*

This would be perfect, except that photosets/gifsets show up in this weird sideways scrolling things, and the dots showing scroll often obscure text. It would be better if all the photos in a set were show side by side.
Also, tags are difficult. I'm not even sure if I'm doing them right...
And you can't see pictures that have been added to the text portion of a post. That is perhaps the biggest problem...

Even so, Reblog is very skillfully made and elegant.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Can't recommend this app, sadly.

*2017-01-25, version 2.0.6*

This app is buggy and lacks basic Tumblr features. No way to save drafts. No messaging support. Doesn't show entire list of blogs you follow. "Load more" frequently doesn't work. Search function does not show search results.

### 1/5 — Doesn't support two factor authentication

*2016-09-14, version 2.0.6*

Which makes this app useless since you can't even login to your account.

### 1/5 — Waste

*2016-01-23, version 2.0.6*

Looks great until you try to post something and your view of post options is obscured. Glad I wasted money on this stupid app.

### 1/5 — Aesthetics Aren't Everything

*2015-03-08, version 2.0.6*

3/8/2015: Aesthetically wise, it's alright. However, when it comes to function, it's not that good. I keep getting an error telling me something about a reblog feature. Also, none of my posts show up. I'd rate it higher if it actually worked.

### 1/5 — Doesn't work

*2015-02-04, version 2.0.5*

Waste of time, just keeps crashing everytime the app is opened

### 1/5 — Bugs

*2015-01-31*

Last update caused it to crash constantly

### 1/5 — Unusable

*2015-01-31, version 2.0.5*

It just crashes when login.

### 1/5 — Absolute trash and an utter waste of time.

*2014-12-05, version 2.0.4*

You have to pay, not only to get rid of the ads (not even the tumblr website has ads, so what are they thinking?), but you also have to pay to be able to make more than ONE post PER DAY.

Seriously? Don't waste your time with this app. It looks okay at best and the developers are some kind of scam artists if they think making you pay to post more than a single post per day is okay.

### 1/5 — New version would appear to have no way to queue post

*2013-11-24, version 2.0.0*

Makes this version pretty useless. Unfortunate that the developer did not even maintain feature comparability with previous versions. This ap does nothing useful for me.

### 1/5 — Ugly

*2013-11-23*

Minimal? Yes. Elegant? Hell no! Why are people ruining their apps? Most likely will be uninstalled.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Redesign Quite Nice

*2014-09-16, version 2.0.4*

The iOS 7-based redesign is quite nice. The app is also much more stable. It is the best Tumblr app for managing multiple accounts on the App Store. The app is free with ads but you can easily disable them for $0.99 which is more than fair this great Tumblr app.

### 5/5 — Great little app

*2014-04-05*

Perfect for browsing Tumblr

### 5/5 — Love it

*2012-12-03, version 1.8.2*

Best interface I've seen for ant iPad app. doesnt crash the way the other apps do.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2012-12-01*

Works perfectly for me. Really like the minimal design.

### 5/5 — Best on the app store!

*2011-12-28*

This is definitely the best tumor app in the app store. It's intuitive, and it does just what you want it to do!!! Love it!

### 5/5 — Best tumblr app!

*2011-09-15, version 1.2.1*

This is the best visual format of any of the iPad tumblr apps! It actually looks like tumblr, and instead of having to wait for each post to load on a new screen you can scroll down and see everything, just like the dashboard on tumblr. I love it!

### 4/5 — Good work

*2014-02-02, version 2.0.3*

Great potential. Nice UI

### 4/5 — Good app for multiple blogs in one account

*2012-08-29*

Really good tumblr app and is easy to use. I'd buy the full version if photosets can be displayed all at once. And when reblogging, previous tags aren't included. A search tab and tag tracking would be perfect. Also, please improve how the app plays the gifs. All in all, this app is simple and is the best one that I've tried.

### 4/5 — Macebth.

*2012-08-08*

Not a bad app at all, I like the functionality of it, yet the only thing it lacks in my personal opinion is interchangeable background colours, I think this would improve the navigation of the app as it would be easier to the eye, and reasonably easier to read. another small point also, is the 'Your Posts' section should show any reflags or likes that you get from your content.

Overall a nice and handy app, better than using Tumblr on Safari.

### 4/5 — Good

*2012-01-03, version 1.2.1*

Great app just needs message inbox and other comments below.
