I was initially a bit skeptical about this app, but I cruise with Royal Caribbean often and have done the re-book trick before, so I decided to give it a try. I set up an alert for my upcoming cruise and received a price drop notification soon after. Called RCL, and sure enough, I was able to re-book and save. Thanks for this great app!
