### 1/5 — Does not open after using everyday for 2 years

About around April it hasn’t been able to open. I Click the notification for check in and the app won't open. Stays on the white load screen with the logo. Been one update since problem - still unresolved. Sent multiple emails no response. Afraid all data will be lost if uninstalled and reinstalled. Since it’s glitchy and support does not exist stay away but find a different one!

Not good that i get on good streak. Can’t make an account and have to redownload and reset from beginning. Needs worm. Disappointed

**Developer response:** Hey mr motive, we actually do badges, just click on the bottom rightmost tab and you should see a button that will lead you to the badges you have earned :)

I’ve tried so many apps over the years but this one is the best I’ve come across.
It offers a structure for recovery, insightful reflection and planning. Everyday is slightly different with the tasks it sets, plus if you relapse you don’t feel shame as it still tracks your clean days on the main screen which helps keep a positive mindset.
