I Click the notification for check in and the app won't open. Stays on the white load screen with the logo. Been one update since problem - still unresolved. Sent multiple emails no response. Afraid all data will be lost if uninstalled and reinstalled. It offers a structure for recovery, insightful reflection and planning.
