I paid upfront and received great service with weekly updates and adjustments as needed. It's easy to use and follow with timed exercises, places to record the weights and exercise count. It also keeps track of your progress. If I have questions or need adjustments, I reach out to Jake or one of the coaches directly. Jake told me to do it on the website but this was nowhere to be found. The App told me to have Jake do it. It took him 2 further payments to get it canceled.
