Crashes on launch from the share menu in any browser. Tested with chrome, safari, Firefox. So badly designed that even trying to create a link from the app itself is a nightmare. This approach can expose users to additional security risks compared to using the system browser or proper native authentication methods. The app also appears to simply wrap the website inside a WebView, offering no meaningful advantages over accessing the service directly through a standard browser. It would be better to implement secure, native login flows instead of relying on an embedded web interface. ### 1/5 — Red flags galore! 🚩🚩🚩 *2025-05-15, version 4.0.12* I signed up for the free trial and cancelled the same day through the website. The cancellation didn’t process correctly, and I was charged at the end of the trial period. I reached out for help but received unclear and unhelpful responses. I had to take further action externally to resolve it. This was a frustrating experience I wouldn’t want others to go through. I don’t recommend Rebrandly - there’s much better options out there. ### 1/5 — H O R R I B L E Customer Support *2024-04-11, version 4.0.2* The whole team doesn’t know what they are doing, at all. They have zero tech support background. They took forever to reply Back and I kept getting bounced around with the same line used. I’m convinced they are an early stage of AI, a very cheap and low grade AI. I eventually got fed up and told them to stop contacting me. ### 1/5 — App is broke *2024-02-23, version 4.0.2* Love the service and the website. But the app no longer works if you sign in with your Google account. On the login screen it flashes the Google option then goes to email/pw only. ### 1/5 — Impossible to login via Gmail or Social *2024-01-30, version 4.0.1* No way to use this app. The Gmail and social authentication options vanish as soon as the app starts. This is absolutely NOT OK. Going from $4 per month to $99 per month with less than 30 days notice is disgusting and you should be ashamed. I’ve been with Rebrandly for 2 years and this is holding people hostage. As a revops professional having the handy app was amazing as I could quickly check my custom short links on the go or create new links as well but it seems like the app is no longer working. Really sad about this! If this is just an error please let us know. ### 5/5 — Simple But Effective *2018-07-02, version 2.0.2* I used Bit.ly for years and loved it, until the features I needed are only in their expensive enterprise plan! That may be fine for corporations but not for startups. Several people recommended Rebrandly on Quora so I decided to check it out. They have awesome features that I can afford! Best link shortener/customizer out there. The app and service are easy to use. Setting up your own custom branded short domain is easy. It has some awesome integrations like Chrome extension to easily create branded links. It integrates with Tweetbot way easy. Bottom line: EASY EASY EASY!!!
