It’s a good app, especially if you are quitting altogether and want to see how the body rebuilds. What I wish it took into account is if you didn’t drink for 10 days and then you had 1 drink, why make the body look like it’s dying all over again. There are two paths, quit or drink less. If you choose drink less and that’s what you do, that path should look a little different on the app. Just something to consider.

I like the physiological explanations that show how your body is progressing. Solid way to track drinks and fight cravings.

This app shows how your body is recovering the longer you abstain from drinking, and what you lose if you have a drink.  Really nice design and very motivating.  Nice job!!

Easy to use. Nice design. I especially like how the app describes the positive mental and physiological changes that come from quitting the demon rum.

I actually love this app. I found it on ozbargain as the dev listed a promo code and decided to try it out. Love the fact that the first thing you see when you log in is how your body is repairing itself.
