Don’t understand why there’s an additional processing fee if I’m gonna pick the food anyway, feel like I was scammed...1 star for me , useless app

The app does the job, I’m just effed off that I can’t phone through an order, or use the website without downloading something to my phone, and that it saves my credit card without asking

Would be a five star rating if you could choose when you want to pick up your food...instead you order, pay and get told it’s ready in half an hour!! Had to call the store to change the time to later...if I have to call the store anyway I may as well just give them my order and not use the app! Food is awesome tho!!

Honestly mate, this app could run like a quadruple amputee with the usability of a audio book for the deaf and I wouldn’t care. The burgers are just so tasty. Honestly, it’s just an added extra the app works so well
