Saved searches now follow you • Saved searches live in your account instead of on one device, so they survive a reinstall, a new phone, and moving between the app and the web. • Your search area and map filters are kept with the search. Numbers you can trust • Corrected the rent-vs-buy comparison, closing-cost estimates and the debt paydown schedule. Each produced a confident, plausible, wrong figure in some scenarios. • Dates now display in your own timezone. Some could appear a day out. Fixes • Opening one conversation could briefly show messages from the previous one. • The same property could be added to a tour twice. • Listing attribution now names the correct MLS on every listing. • Natural-language search and photo analysis are working again after a service fault.
