I’ve updated my iPhone and now I haven’t had nothing but problems. It won’t connect. It won’t turn on my lights on my patio. I guess it had a good run. I have to get something else now. ### 2/5 — Timout operazione, riprova più tardi! *2022-03-01* Sono oltre 48ore che l’applicazione non funziona, ho dotato questo sistema per avere una comodità sulla gestione di luci per gli acquari e riscaldamento dei miei rettili! Purtroppo se non si risolve la cosa non so più come dettare senza app i vari orari di spegnimento ed accensione! Vi chiedo gentilmente di poter risolvere, altrimenti sono solamente prese inutili! Tra l’altro non sono proprio le più a buon mercato…la grafica dell’app è carina ma migliorabile, per il resto andava tutto bene a mio modesto parere! It’s a pain to set up; most wireless routers work with 5G, and this does not. Once I got it connected it worked for a while, then came constant issues with it disconnecting from wifi. Now, I can’t even log into the app because it gives the error message “request time out. Please try again.” I have tried resetting the whole system, deleting and reinstalling the app, creating a new account, etc. Now, it just works like a normal dimmer switch I operate by hand. Looks like they just pushed out an update with “bug fixes” too. Oh, and don’t bother with app support. There is none. You click on it and it opens up a blank tab. This one touch process to accomplish that goal is one of a very few simple ways to do that. Make sure that you grant the app the required permissions during setup or it won’t complete the wifi setup; settings > privacy > permission to location and local network. Manca App per AppleWatch *2018-12-14* Applicazione di facile utilizzo e molto intuitiva forse anche troppo elementare e priva di personalizzazioni che io riterrei assai utili come quella di spostare l’ordine degli interruttori di luci e prese comandate nell’elenco visualizzato. Nel senso di avere quelli di uso più frequente in alto. A parte i formalismi di buono c’è che l’app, permette il controllo dei dispositivi collegati sia da wifi che da 3-4G, una volta associati alla rete wifi di casa. Potrebbe essere assai interessante anche l'app per apple watch per il controllo diretto delle utenze dal polso e quindi una piena compatibilità con iOS e homekit di Apple!!! Started out with the NEO switches but when I got an Amazon Echo I decided I wanted my switches to work with Alexa. The upgrade to the Rec products has been painless and they work well with Alexa. The App works great and I like how the photos that I assign to each switch show up across multiple devices (phones) attached to the Rec account. ### 5/5 — Funktioniert super nur die Bedienung war früher schneller *2018-08-29* Alles funktioniert, wenn gleich es Komfortabler sein könnte. Mal eben eine Lampe einschalten war früher eine Menü Ebene früher möglich. Die Länge für die Einschaltdauer eines Moduls Bzw. Einer Steckdose kann ich immer noch nicht festlegen. Wieso man in der neuen Version erst wählen muß ob man ein Modul oder Eine Steckdose steuern möchte danach noch das Gerät auszuwählen hat um dann noch eineStufe weiter zu klickern bevor man den Kurzzeitschalter oder den Ein/Aus betätigen kann ist mir schleierhaft. Ich habe die Unterscheidung Modul oder Stecker bereits nichtgemocht aber das und die Auswahl des Gerätes ist noch verständlich. Nun aber dann nochmal ohne irgend eine Alternative noch eine Ebene weiter Klickern ist störend.
