## What is Recal?

Take the busywork out of Apple Calendar with focused tools for recurring routines, reviewing time, and tidying crowded calendars.

Recal works with the calendars you already use. Choose a date range, one or more calendars, an event type, and an optional title filter, then work with just the events that matter.

QUICK EVENTS
Turn reusable templates into scheduled events, or quickly update existing events. Set titles, dates, times, all-day status, time zones, calendars, notes, and reusable custom values.

TEMPLATE EVENTS
Build templates for regular work, routines, and repeated items. Add repeat schedules and lists of values, and keep your templates available across devices with private iCloud sync.

CALCULATE HOURS
Review matching timed events and total the time spent. With Recal Pro, apply an hourly rate to calculate costs.

MOVE EVENTS
Find matching events and preview changes before moving them to another calendar, date, time, or time zone.

CONDENSE EVENTS
Replace a busy group of events with one all-day summary for each day, while preserving the details in its notes. Recal shows the proposed changes first and requires explicit confirmation before modifying your calendars.

MADE FOR APPLE DEVICES
Use Recal on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro, with a familiar interface designed for each device.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Recal asks for calendar access only when you choose to grant it. It makes only the event changes you request and includes no third-party trackers.
