Without logging in, nothing happens after entering a vin. There is no way to “sign up” within the app, weird, but OK. Reading the notes in the App Store, I see that I need to “contact autoap”. Ok, how? Nada on their web page (whisky linked), no snail mail address, phone number, nothing. Even the “app support link takes you to a web page where you cannot get app support. Good god, why go to all the effort to make an app that nobody can use? Ok - the dev reaponded and said that this is an auto dealer only app. I see that there is now an indication of such in the description in the App Store. Adding that to the splash/login panel in the app would avoid the confusion (and subsequent bad reviews).
