And when i try to create a new pin and have it sent to my email it doesnt show up. ### 1/5 — Scam *2021-11-20, version 2.0.6* Total scam, not free to play as advertised. We offer free ball rental for 15 minutes with our free plan. On the 16th minute we charge $3 for the next hour. We apologize that you feel deceived and that your son is sad. Bo ### 5/5 — At the very least quick response customer service *2020-12-10, version 1.3.0* When I saw the Recball machine in our local park, I thought wow what a great idea... don’t have to carry a football,basketball,soccer ball, volleyball, and etc around in the trunk. I’ve had a couple of hick ups with the app, which is expected with a start up company and technology. But the 5 stars is there based off ownership of issues and remedies. The level of service is what you would like every company to strive for. Hope you guys succeed in your venture and see your machine at the beaches.... one less thing to carry/worry about! **Developer response:** I am very sorry to hear about your frustrations tied to using the Recball app the monthly subscription. As a single mom, I struggle to find cool activities for my kids and now it’s a breeze to walk to the park and not have to lug toys and balls for them to play with. It was a beautiful day outside and didn’t want it to go to waste. Thank goodness we had the Recball box at our park. I am not big with technology, but this app was simple and straight to the point. My kids were able to switch balls throughout the day which was great. And the little hand sanitizer was a great touch especially during these times. I ended up getting the monthly membership because it’s so easy to use and we are trying to spend more time outdoors. Can’t wait to see this in every park.
