Especially the date. However, its inability to remember filters, page numbers, and sorts after looking at detailed information, makes it much more difficult than it needs to be. When verifying expenses, I should be able to pick out a questionable expense, look at the detail, then be returned to the same location that I started with my original filter, page being viewed, and sort intact Instead, the filters and sort order are lost and the display always starts back at page one requiring numerous key strokes just to get back to where I was before. Easy to print tax reports also at the end of the year!! ### 5/5 — Fast to log receipts. Easy to use *2026-07-16, version 5.67.0* I’ve been using this for a couple of years. It’s extremely versatile with iOS interface. The reporting works for anyone with relatively straightforward bookkeeping. I find the speed at which I can add receipts/invoices to be its best feature - a few taps (once you’ve set things up). When it comes to monthly reconciliation, I often have my laptop browser version open along with an iPad and the speed at which you can then run through bank statements and check for issues, is great. It attempts to capture data when you scan a receipt which like any system is hit and miss (works well with super clear and detailed receipts). For the price I think it’s one of the best on the market. The receipt scan process is so easy and the OCR (text recognition) and categorization is so great. The app uses info you’ve already provided to assign categories to transactions and makes very good guesses on new receipts. They’ve even added a tip calculator for businesses meals.
