No autofill. *2026-04-25* The scanner isn’t auto-filling the information from the receipt, so I have to manually input it, and that makes identifying the individual receipt based on item content difficult. The bug seems to have been introduced in the latest patch. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to report this! Our team actually just identified a bug affecting the scanner's auto-fill in the latest version, and we are already preparing a fix for our next patch to resolve this for all users. On the face of it, I think it will be a very useful app for me. I contacted the developer with a feature request and got a reply a few hours later. I really do believe that this is worth downloading. ### 3/5 — Bugs when reinstalling /lifetime offer *2025-09-23, version 1.2.0* Based on the other review saying their lifetime was removed, I checked mine and there was nowhere in settings showing my app was lifetime, although I had enabled it previously, on August 18th. (Where do we look to see if we have the pro or lite version?) I deleted the app and reinstalled it, and navigated to the 0.00 lifetime offer again (since there was a free lifetime offer running, I figured I could just get it again and not have to worry) and tapped it to get it again in case it was not enabled. Instead of being able to continue, the screen turned BLACK and I could not proceed in the app at all. I then deleted the app AGAIN, and tried a second time. Same exact bug! (Does this mean lifetime is already active?!?) There should really be an easy to view location in the settings that says “lifetime enabled” or something to that effect, because having to guess what each app company’s procedure for lifetime offers is inconsistent and an impossible task. Can you please let me know what I need to do to ensure that my lifetime offer is registered and where to look on my end to confirm this? ### 3/5 — Has potential *2025-08-21, version 1.1.7* The design is nice and the app works smoothly, but the scans just aren’t accurate. No matter how the receipt is scanned, the data is wrong about 80% of the time. I encountered this 4 times in my first 5 minutes. Opaque/misleading indications of how it’s ‘offline’. Despite it being ‘offline’ it apparently uploaded my first receipt to some AI model which consumed one of five credits. It also didn’t save this receipt. Quantity field only goes to 2 decimal points. Use Kilograms? You’re out of luck. I’m very angry that I paid for this. Lesson learned that what they say they offer isn’t real. Just one click for photo taking only necessary date recorded, and support multiple currencies ### 5/5 — Amazing when it works! *2026-04-21, version 2.0.2* I love this app, but sometimes, though it says “receipt saved successfully,” I can’t find that receipt again. I’m not sure why, and the scans seem to be excellent, thorough, and accurate, I can’t find them ever again after hitting “save”. Update: the “missing” receipts have been showing up, but sometimes it’s not until the following day or maybe longer. It’s only annoying if I’ve scanned the same receipt twice and then have to delete the duplicate. I’m still saving receipts to be sure they are scanned, but it’s still a very helpful app that will definitely come in handy for my itemized tax deductions next year. ### 5/5 — Best receipt scanner /organizer software *2026-02-05, version 1.4.0* I have been using Receipto in the past few month now. I have tried endless other solutions to keep my receipts in order but could not find the perfect app that does everything that I need for my business. After starting using this app, I realized that I don’t have to look any further , the software is perfect,in my opinion. I love the OCR function, it works well but what I was really missing from other software is able to export all my scanned receipts compiled into a single PDF with side notes if needed . I found this a huge feature!
