## What is Receiving Reconcile Studio?

Receiving Reconcile Studio is a paid, local-first receiving and invoice reconciliation workspace for small shops, studios, market operators, service teams, and independent buyers who need a clean way to compare purchase records, packing slip counts, invoice totals, and vendor follow-ups before approval.

The 2026-06-06 local package makes the Queue lead with the approval blocker, next receiving action, AP packet readiness, variance value, blocked lines, open lines, and approval completion.

Create manual receiving cases with vendor name, receiver, PO reference, invoice reference, expected total, received total, variance amount, line-level notes, blocked items, status lanes, approval checkpoints, copy-ready packet text, and CSV export. Use it to separate payable items from shortages, substitutions, backorders, return credits, and vendor questions without turning the app into an accounting system.

The app is intentionally focused and private. It does not scan documents, run OCR, read files, connect to email, calendars, accounting tools, inventory systems, vendor portals, cloud drives, payment tools, banks, cameras, microphones, sensors, or external services. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, procurement, compliance, or inventory advice, require login, show ads, track users, use analytics SDKs, cloud sync, or upload records to a developer server.
