## What is Recents?

Recents answers one simple question: who have I added to my contacts lately?

Your contacts app stores hundreds — maybe thousands — of people. But when you're following up after a conference, a trip, or a busy week of meetings, you just need to see the last few people you added. Recents surfaces them instantly.

What it does
Recents connects to your device's contacts and displays them in a clean list, sorted newest first and grouped by month and year. Every contact shows their photo, name, company, title, and upcoming birthday — so you have just enough context at a glance.

Small icons on each row tell you at a glance whether a contact has a phone number, email address, or postal address on file.

Radical simplicity
There's nothing to configure; no calling, no emailing, no editing. Just a fast, readable list of the people who are newest in your life.

Stays fresh automatically
Recents reloads whenever you return to the app, so it always reflects your current contacts.

Private by design
Everything happens on your device. Recents never transmits, stores, or shares your contact data.
